THE ART OF FINE DINING

When you least expect it, you will be faced with a table setting comprised of more cutlery than you have in your entire silverware drawer. ‘The Art of Fine Dining’ is a more advanced course for the avid diner that may be faced with different service styles and a five course meal. Not just knowing what wine and associated glass is served with what course but choosing an appropriate wine for the type of dish is an acquired skill.

This is an exciting workshop comprising both theory and practical elements, as clients shall have only the best dining experience from table setting to gastronomic pleasures. Practical sessions can be held at the private dining room of the fine dining restaurant Jaffa, located at the Oval owned by three of Trinidad’s most renowned chefs.
